Registration Fees: $100 Deposit, Total Registration of $525. Any unpaid league fees not paid at time of first game incurs a $25 late fee. All fees are due prior to the first game. It is the option of the opposing coach / manager if and when the game is to be played for any team that requests a game to be rescheduled. Please make all checks payable to Indy Indoor Sports Park and mail to 6650 South Bluff Road, Indianapolis, Indiana 46217. Be sure to include team name and division on payment.
